JUICIN’
SINCE 2014

He spends the next 12 months doing ALL the sex and cocaine. There's none left. Apart from the crisis he left from the lack of aforementioned arousals, arriving home to Sydney, Simon also felt disconnected. Physically, spiritually, mentally. *cough, financially.

Enter; Juice. Simon believed the healing he was in search of came from within. More specifically; THE GUT.

What started as a daily hobby for himself, became a weekly ritual for dozens, as Simon began selling bootleg green juice under the counter from the cafe he was making coffee. The customers very quickly took notice and it wasn't long before they took the juice.

Then, Simon met a woman. A most beautiful woman and, a damn good designer.

A BRAND

A family.

AN ICON,

Simon took his hobby and his passion for flavour and started delivering juice by bicycle to the corporate world. Albeit  one client, his "Jerry Maguire" moment.

Not long into his journey, Simon walked into Jackie's Cafe, Paddington, and asked for weekend work as a barista. Life as a Juice Man wasn't paying the bills and his beautiful designer lover had a taste for Gorman socks and rice pudding.

Sydney, 2014

Owner, Jackie Milijash greeted Simon with her best Kathleen Turner rendition:
"Sure, you're spunky enough, how will I call you?"

Simon handed Jackie a ‘Simon Says Juice’ business card.

Jackie: "What's this? You make juice?"

Simon: "..Sometimes.." Tail between his legs.

Jackie: "Come to my house this afternoon, and bring your best juices. The cafe needs juice!"

Jackie went on to become Simon's dearest mentor & harshest critic, largest wholesale client, and a close friend. The partnership breathed life into Simon and his little juice business, stemming off into other wholesale clients who wanted what Jackie was having.

As they say in Hollywood…That’s showbiz baby!
